funny how i never noticed that vincent is such a common name...
i mean, i know a vincent, my eldest brother knows a vincent, my dad knows a vincent, when i was walking back from tuition today, i overheard this guy talking on his phone about a vincent!

i absolutely can not and must not read any new books during week days.
why?
because i get so absorbed in the book that i can't do anything else until i've finished reading it.
especially detective and romance novels.
detective novels because i really want to find out who did it and how,
and romance novels because even though i know the two main characters WILL be getting together at the end of the book, i just have to keep reading till the end to make sure that they DO get together.
and i refuse to simply read the ending instead.
because i like not knowing the ending till the end,
even if it renders me completely useless because i can't stop reading.

also, i find that i have this habit of simply ignoring grammatical and spelling errors in the things i read.
my mind just automatically corrects it so i don't even notice anything.
unless of course, the error is glaringly obvious.


i need sleep.
i am seriously considering hibernating till the end of the year.....

Today I want to express my gratitude for whatever coincidence or whim of fate that saw me paired up with my current partner for my research project. went to the anime festival today. or rather,yesterday, seeing as it's already past twelve. the highlight of the day was the unexpected visit to Hershey's Chocolate world. freaking giant bars of chocolate and Hershey's kisses stacked everywhere, how could I resist???? the only problem is, WHY ARE THERE NO GIANT BARS OF THE COOKIES AND CREAM CHOCOLATE?????? the giant bars of chocolate only come in milk or dark chocolate,which,granted, is delicious as well, but still, WHITE CHOCOLATE(if you're about to write some stupid comment about how white chocolate isn't really chocolate, shut up) yes, the anime festival was a disappointment. oh, and you may have noticed that I no longer have a tagboard. so due to my experience in staying up late, I thought I'll just plot a timeline on the changes in my mood throughout the night/early morning 10-11pm: meh still early,I'm FULL OF ENERGY!!!! 11pm-12am: omg I am dying save me I'm too tired I can't do this anymore 12-1am: okay fine, I guess I'm not so tired after all, I can do this 2-4am: I want to sleep now now now I mean now my bed is beckoning me I love my bed I swear I will never leave it again I hate the world I hate my life I hate everyone 4-5am: what is this I..... 5-7am: stupefied coma(basically operating on autopilot, don't expect me to respond) 7-???: depending on the time/my mood/the weather/etc. I will either be dead the whole day or lightheaded and giggly so now torn between sleep and my literature essay due tomorrow.
